Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms of Service is to stipulate the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between AliceINN (hereinafter referred to as 'the Company') and users in relation to the use of the online platform and related services (hereinafter referred to as 'the Services') provided by the Company.
Article 2 (Definitions)
1. 'Services' refer to all websites and mobile services operated by the Company.
2. 'User' refers to a member or non-member who uses the Services provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms.
3. 'Member' refers to an individual who has entered into a service use agreement with the Company and has been granted an account.
4. 'Non-member' refers to an individual who uses the Services provided by the Company without having registered as a member.
5. 'Content' refers to all materials posted or provided on the Services, such as text, images, videos, audio, and code.
Article 3 (Effectiveness and Changes of the Terms)
1. These Terms shall be effective for all users who wish to use the Services.
2. The Company may change the Terms within the scope that does not violate relevant laws, and the changed Terms shall become effective upon public notice or email notification.
3. If a user does not agree to the changed Terms, they may stop using the Services and withdraw their membership.
Article 4 (Provision and Changes of Services)

• Providing creator information and content
• Services related to events and advertisements
• Online communication and community functions
• Sales services for products and content
2. The Company may add, change, or restrict the content of the Services when necessary, and will provide prior notice in such cases.
Article 5 (Formation of the Service Use Agreement)
1. The service use agreement is established when the user agrees to these Terms and the Company approves the service application according to the procedures set by the Company.
2. The Company may not approve an application for use in the following cases:
• If the user has stolen another person's name or personal information.
• If false information has been provided.
• If the application is made for the purpose of disturbing social order or public morals.
Article 6 (User's Obligations)
Users shall not engage in the following acts:
• Stealing another person's account, personal information, or payment information.
• Infringing intellectual property rights, such as copyrights.
• Posting or transmitting illegal, obscene, or violent information.
• Interfering with the operation of the Services.
• Other acts that violate relevant laws.

2. Users may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, or modify content without the prior consent of the Company or the rights holder.
Article 9 (Limitation of Liability)
1. The Company is not responsible for service usage disruptions caused by natural disasters, force majeure events, or reasons attributable to the user.
2. The Company does not intervene in disputes that arise between users or between a user and a third party, and the responsibility for such disputes lies with the respective parties.
Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the location of the Company, and any disputes shall be brought before the competent court.
